Ready for summer season, on the 1 December 2022, we open up our latest edition to the Life Equity family, At Seventy Eight. 

At Seventy Eight means exactly what is says. The villas location, at 78 Theresa avenue, Bakoven, Camps Bay, but for us, it’s more than a villa, it is a statement, a gallery for beauty. Interaction between likeminded individuals is everything to us. That is what makes the villa unique. We welcome creativity, art, fashion and music, all surrounded by the cutting-edge architecture from the famous South African architect Pedro Roos, known for his glass, steel and concrete structures. 

At Seventy Eight is an 8-bedroom Villa that stretches over 6 levels of glass and concrete, an architectural dream with high ceilings and magnificent sea and mountain views. The spacious rooms are equipped with king or queen size beds and room sizes vary from 23 sqm to 50 sqm, most en suite with bathrooms, some only with shower, some showers and bathtubs. Most of the bedrooms have cozy fireplaces and are equipped with a mini-fridge, an art desk, a mirror, bedside table and wardrobe.

We are proud to present both local and international artists displayed in various spaces At Seventy Eight. Our artists and their work inspire us and they are what makes the villa come to life. Frequently, we host private and general vernissages and openings, dinners, cocktail parties and shows.

The villa is beautifully situated on the slopes of the majestic Twelve Apostles mountain range, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the world-famous beaches, restaurants & Bars of Camps Bay, the picturesque Lions Head and Table Mountain, one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World.
