We are proud of both our villas, Ukhozi Guest Villa being the light, younger and more vibrant choice, and At Seventy Eight the artistic toned down, more relaxed and tranquile option.

Ukhozi Guest Villa

Our first location, Ukhozi Guest Villa, Bakoven, was chosen with much deliberation. The villa is beautifully situated on the highest position in Camps Bay on the slopes of the majestic Twelve Apostles mountain range, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the world-famous beaches, restaurants & Bars.

For us, Ukhozi is a statement, a way of living. Our guests are everything to us. They are what makes Ukhozi Guest Villa unique. Healthy and sustainable lifestyle, productivity and to have fun is always endorsed and prioritized. Most of our guests stay long term, for weeks or month at the time.

At Seventy Eight

Our latest Life Equity villa is located at the top of the exclusive residential area of Bakoven, Camps Bay, where we don’t need to compromise on beauty, closeness to nature, calmness and extraordinary panoramic views over sea and mountains. And, at the same time, being one of the safest areas in South Africa.

Where Ukhozi Guest Villa was the home of the digital nomad, At Seventy Eight is the toned down, more relaxed and tranquile option for art lovers, creative individuals and people that loves and cheerish beauty.
